Dr. Colleen Hile, D.C.

Dr. Hile is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University where she earned a degree in History and Religion. She then went on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic where she was a member of the Campus Guides and worked in the Radiology Department. She graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2017 summa cum laude and was the valedictorian of her graduating class. Dr. Hile enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds and believes in customising each patient's treatment plan to meet their needs and goals. She utilizes a combination of adjustments, exercises, lifestyle changes, rehab, and soft tissue work. She encourages all of her patients to be active participants in their care. In addition to traditional manual adjusting styles Dr. Hile is proficient with the Activator technique, which is a low-force adjusting technique performed with a handheld instrument. She also utilizes the FAKTR technique to address myofascial dysfunction and pain, which is a particularly effective treatment for concerns such as plantar fasciitis. In her time away from the office Dr. Hile enjoys playing board and video games along with crocheting, weaving, and reading. She enjoys spending time with her partner Trevor and their cat Leah and bunny Oreo.
